3 Lessons from Building an Internship Management System
What I learned while building internal tools during my internship.

During my internship, I worked on an internal system for registration, placement, and attendance tracking.
Three lessons stood out:
1) Internal tools need excellent UX too
People use internal systems every day. Small UX improvements reduce mistakes and save hours.
2) Clear ownership beats perfect architecture
In small teams, shipping depends on fast decisions. Define who owns each area and keep communication short.
3) Documentation is a force multiplier
Simple docs for setup, deployment, and conventions helped new contributors ramp up faster.
This project taught me that reliability and clarity often matter more than flashy features.
